WONDERFUL Communities, Professional and Knowledgeable Associates. If relocation is in your future plans consider checking into CIG (Capital Investment Group) Communities. Beautifully landscaped & well maintained exteriors along with modern interior finishes. Aqua on the Levee, Normandy Green and Villages of Cross Creek to list a few of the Northern Kentucky locations. The On-Site staffs are responsive, friendly, professional and extremely helpful: Robin- Normandy Green, Danielle, Jeremy and Evan- Cross Creek, Jeff- Aqua and Carl, the regional maintenance director (many others unnamed) are superstars in the Multifamily industry and ready to assist in your search for a new home followed by assuring you are well taken care of after move in. They manage my building and it’s a nightmare to deal with as the building is newly dangerous and nasty. They let us go 2 days without internet last week when people here work from home. Thankfully we’re leaving but do better by your residents.
