Absolutely terrible customer service!! I have received multiple bills in the mail, non of which the office has any idea as to why I am receiving them. I have always paid my insurance on time but i keep receiving bills. After 2 or 3 days of having to repeatedly contact this office it is found to be a mistake and I may disregard the bill. This office has to call out to the main office making promises to call me back and never do. Have asked multiple times to speak with Chuck himself and am assured he will call me back and have yet to receive that call. Currently attempting to transfer my service to another agent in hopes of better service. Unfortunately the new agent is unable to look into my account until Chuck's office sends them the information, my new agent contacted this Office on a Thursday and requested the transfer. Chuck's office agreed to send the information that same day. 3 business days later they still have not sent it.

My car died last week while I was out doing errands. My usual auto repair/towing shop was closed due to the CoVid pandemic. I called Chuck Winderl Insurance and spoke to Vickie, who arranged for a tow truck to transport my dead car to the [closed] shop and me to my home. Afterward, I emailed the towing receipt to her and the reimbursment was sent out the same day. It so happened that the following day, an auto shop employee was passing by the shop, saw my car in the lot, and was able to replace the battery.

You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you, Vickie, and thank you, State Farm. I now have a working vehicle.
