From day one Very Curtis friendly in the office willing to help me in any ways they can.. After having insurance on my truck I went to the Harley daylight ship and body Harley and called up for insurance and he got insurance on my bike at. The last second I couldn't be more happier with the service I got.

We have never been treated so unprofessional. Not only was our accident not handled in a timely matter but we were asked to do our own estimate using an app that crashed twice, use our own AAA towing and funds to take care of it even though we have full coverage plus towing,and then when I arrived at the towing yard over an hour from my home,was told Allstate had not done their part and the storage fee wasn't paid. Chris has not returned calls or emails since that day and put everything on his manager's plate. Our car was left for over 30 days without being taken care of and it was only after I personally called the body shop we discovered it hadn't been touched or ever moved!! Thirty some days later and we are still at square one!! We never received an apology or explanation. I highly recommend you use another agent!!!

I have been with Allstate for several years now and I have wasted thousands of dollars! I was recently in my first accident and Allstate was not supportive at all. I put in a claim and after a week and a half communication dropped completely. I reached out to the adjuster several times with no response. I called Chris asked to speak with him directly and was told he was busy. I was told he would call me back, but it was someone else who called. I told the individual my issue and that I still wanted to talk to Chris. I was assured the adjuster and Chris would call me back that day. I have still yet to receive a call from either person. My accident was nearly 2 months ago and a mechanic has still not started repairs on my car. On top of all of this I have been paying for my rental this entire time and I have full coverage.
