Deceptive practice. Do NOT use this agent. Make sure to shop around,they use misleading practices to try and bill false invoices. Receptionist fields all calls from home, nothing personalble about Chris. Had this agent for 5 years and never talked to him one time. Rethink this agent if looking, there are SEVERAL others that aren't trying to scam clients.
