First bank I ever used (as a teen), & I am currently using them. I have loved watching Chessie grow into the family it is now. I absolutely love using the mobile app to keep me current with all my finances. Going through the drive through teller is always a pleasure. It’s enjoyable to see a familiar face at my local branch. I’ve never had any major issues worth complaining about with my Credit Union & always refer friends and family to use them. I hope to see Chessie grow even more in the mobile banking/digital department.

We have been members of Chessie Federal Credit Union for many years. The locations are so convenient and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. We have checking and savings and have even gotten a home equity loan through Chessie. We also have a Visa Platinum credit card that we use for all of our purchases and even our monthly bills. I guess you could say we're "Chessie people!"

Chessie Federal Credit Union has been there for me for over 25 years with personal loans, auto loans, mortgage loans and savings.

Even tho your fraud unit stopped a payment on my debt card. Which had already paid the two months prior. On 10/07/23 and 11/07/23. But stopped the 12/07/23 payment. Which was my last payment to be made. Which got me a late fee. But, I still have high regards for Chessie. Knowing your looking out for our safety, when doing things on line. So! Thank you! Martin.

I went through the drive through to get some checks cashed! There were no lines, service was quick, and the personnel was professional and helpful! I would definitely recommend Chessie and this location to anyone looking for a great bank! The parking lot was clean and the location was easy to maneuver.

Absolutely horrible! My husband has nothing but issues with this bank. They started out great years ago and now there horrible. Online banking never works, every time you call you get a different story from each associate. There customer service has gone down hill so much. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a bank. I can't wait to close this account and be done with them!
