At the time I was renting with them I was also a landlord for another property too as such I had a unique understanding and I was impressed by the level of care they took. While I am no longer renting as I bought a home if I bought an additional investment property I would consider Chesapeake as my acting property management company.

They also placed solid, reliable, tenants in my condo - I did not have one rent payment missed in 6 years, which speaks volumes to their tenant selection process. You as the property owner are actively involved in the process for selecting tenants as well. If there was ever an issue or concern, my property manager Juli was always extremely responsive and ready with all of the details. I always felt like I could pick up the phone or email Juli at any time with any question or concern that I had. Since I'm a property owner that lives in a different state, this was extremely important to me. I also visited my condo 6 years after turning it over to Chesapeake Property Management. I walked in and felt such an overwhelming sense of peace seeing just how well maintained my condo was. I've been a client of Chesapeake Property Management for almost two years now, and the experience has been outstanding. The right property management company will treat your property as if it's their own, and that's always been the case with Chesapeake. Whether it was handling issues with my tenant or ensuring I got my annual tax paperwork, their team has always approached my property with my best interests in mind while at the same time providing exceptional service to my tenant.

In the few instances where there have been problems (most recently a leak in the ceiling) they were on top of the situation, my tenant was taken care of within a matter of hours, and I had emails with pictures of the damage waiting in my inbox. However, most of the time I honestly forget that I have a rental property, and that's the best compliment I can give Chesapeake. I trust completely that they are taking care of my property, and so far they have yet to let me down!

This is a plus because we feel the same way in our business in providing services. When we got to the residence of the tenant installing a replacement faucet that they supplied it was a name brand. This is a other good factor that they don't cut corners for quality something else we believe in. We would highly recommend them being your property management.
