Griff provided fantastic customer service by explaining everything to me and was incredibly professional and patient with me. Melissa delivered 1st class customer service through the entire process! She is a good listener & someone who took any questions or concerns and offered well informed answers or solutions. Her approach was built around customer service, not sales. But her approach lends itself to sales. While I chose to remain with my current broker that should not be a blemish on her approach or professionalism.

Thanks for helping me . With a very small phone screen .it took several.times to be able to be able to see the receipt. And see the temp card but that's OK. I still-life you said keep coverage with current company The Harford with AARP.until I get the hard copy of the card in the mail. We had our cars business , home owners insurance with State Farm for many years starting in 1985.when we got our 1st house. My family had been with State farm for many years before that. I thought going with the Hartford for car insurance was a good deal at one time after the business was gone when Earl could no longer work .Then he passed his work trucks were sold, his own car. Trying to safe money .yes it was nice having a deductible go lower each year but cost kept increasing. So with house insurance with state farm and I was offered the savings to add my car back .It made sense 1 company .it was like back with an old friend again .where they know you. The staff is great very friendly friendly.does just whst they.and stands behond it. Plus i like that you are a pet / cat frien staff. Melissa .you were great 100 % to you you get allthe checks stars thanks guys sorry it was so long a text .
