Mr. Charchalis has incorrectly filed our taxes after we described to him our circumstances multiple times in person, over the phone and through email. He often completely ignored the content of our emails when replying back and provided 1 word replies instead of taking the time to read and understand the issue. He was nearly impossible to contact and never once proactively picked up the phone to contact us. We ended up having to go to a different CPA who stated that our taxes were completely wrong and had to pay additional fees to get them corrected. Very disappointing experience as we love supporting local small businesses.
