Well were do we start. I took my wife up to Cripple Creek for her 60th birthday and we had a blast. First thing we ran into Jamie (not sure of the spelling) and she is a hoot! Very friendly, informative and just a pleasure to interact with! The room was actually great compared to some of the reviews we read. The noise downstairs was not a factor and it was huge! We had dinner and it was really good, the shrimp basket was the best. Our server Trevor was great, very attentive and just a good guy all around. We had our Deluxe breakfast that comes with the stay and the Breakfast burritos were fabulous (and that's saying something because my wife thinks hers are the best). Dominique (spelling again) so we just called her Texas Jill, anyway she was great as well, always with the coffee and helping us determine if we could get a couple of cinnamon rolls to go. Very friendly, actually everyone was including the floor staff. I realize this is long but had to be said. Thank you all folks, you made my wife and I very happy and especially her (the birthday girl). Good Job all!!!!!
The gaming was pretty good as we played the same slots we play in Blackhawk, Vegas and everywhere else for that matter. We won, then lost, then won, then lost again but that's how it goes right.

My father and I recently took a trip to Cripple Creek Colorado to visit Century Casino from Maryland. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. More specifically, Ms. Desiree Snider the manger on duty and Ms. Patti at the cashiers desk were some of the most professional staff I’ve encountered in almost 17 years of working in customer service. These deserve a promotion or some sort of recognition. Your team is lucky to have them.

My wife and I played here late Wednesday morning and we had great time. Wide assortment of games to choose from. Both my wife and I came out winners and we can't wait to come back hopefully in the Springtime. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy slots you will have some fun here. Loved the location and the services that were available! They had a great restaurant in the middle of the casino with a friendly staff. Good breakfast and meal options! We purchased the exterior room. We did not get a room with the microwave. We know to select the room with the microwave next time!! Very clean and spacious rooms.

The Mid City Grill has fantastic staff and service! The food is delicious! Some of the best house made ranch and pork green chili! Trevor’s service was excellent he is a great server, personable, polite and efficient!

I took my boyfriend for his 65th Birthday to the Hotel and Casino. They treated us.like royalty. We had 2.king size beds with the softest mattresses I have ever slept on and I have traveled some. But I have never slept edges that good in a hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. We gambled and then went to Dinner at at restaurant that was inside the hotel 🏨. We We not really hungry so we asked the waitress for suggestions and she said that the Prime Rib sandwich was really the best sandwich withe either French Fries or Onion Rings. She said I could have a. Side salad 🥗 if I didn't want the fries or the Rings. I decided to have the Prime Rib Sandwich and a Salad and he had.the Prime Rib Sandwich with Fries and of course they gave him some Onion Rings also. The Sandwiches were fabulous. The meat was so tender and the sandwich was large. The service was excellent and They gave us 59% off of the meal because we were guests of the hotel 🏨. They also said that we would also enjoy the same for breakfast if we decided to have breakfast with them before we left to go back home.

We came from denver to see the ice castles & chose this hotel, perfect location, rooms are big, beds are amazing, casino is fun, breakfast was yummy and everyone was so nice. We really enjoyed our visit! If we come back we will definitely stay here again
