I moved in and a month later there was mold and mushrooms growing out of the walls. I pressed for a proper solution to this issue with no luck. They even left me to live in the apartment with the wall exposed like this. A month after they'd fixed the issue, mold was RE-growing in my kitchen. Worst property I have EVER dealt with. Rude super, everything is always broken, thin walls, nosey & noisy neighbors. Absolutely no communication with the property manager Paola Garcia after they get your money, broken doors, stolen packages, cats INSIDE of the building. I urge you, don't waste your time or money. Egregious company.

Building Management is horrible. Security kicks tenants out of the pool and gym areas at like 7pm.
