My experience with this agency is that they are incompetent and not trustworthy.

I trusted them to make sure that I had all of the coverage needed for my home. When I then had a loss and the insurance company responded to the claim, the insurance company took the position that I did not have coverage for all of the damage. One agent, Amanda Smith, assured me that I did have such coverage. Another agent, Rebecca Madson, told me that the agency would fight for me to get the carrier to pay the whole claim. But when push came to shove, I found out what these agents were about: Smith turned around and denied assuring me that I had coverage, and Madson lined up with the insurance company AGAINST me! They disregarded every legal duty that they had to me -- their client. My experience taught me that this agency will cow-tow to the insurance companies and take positions against their own clients just to keep in the insurance company's good graces and line their pockets with more commissions made off the backs of unsuspecting clients on whom they will turn on a dime.

I had been with this agency for years. After CellBrokerage bought out the prior owner, however, the customer service went straight into the ground. They will not answer the phones when you call there - you have to go through an off-shore answering service and then wait on hold forever before (maybe) the agent gets on the phone. What should be a 2 minute transaction turns into a frustrating 15 minute transaction. The service could not be less personal.

The bottom line is that there are many insurance agencies out there that actually care about their clients and support them when they make a claim. This agency isn't one of them. So, for goodness sake, spare yourself the aggravation and horror of being abandoned by your own agents and go somewhere else. You will be happy you did.

I highly recommend CellBrokerage for your home/auto insurance needs. After 46 years with my old insurance co. they more than doubled our policy even though we had no claims during this period. I was able to buy a new policy that was about the same price before my old policy doubled.
