I recently switched my home, auto and umbrella policies to Allstate. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Antonio throughout the entire process. Initially I was reluctant to explore the possibility of switching because 1) I didn’t think Allstate could be less expensive than what I currently had and 2) I wasn’t looking forward to the time and energy it would take to do an apples to apples comparison.

Antonio persistently and professionally “encouraged” me to give him a chance to compete. He was gently persistent :-). Well, I finally gave in and I am very glad I did. I sent him my current policies and he gave me an Allstate quote for the similar coverage. We then went through both policies line by line to make sure I was getting the same or better coverage from Allstate. The bottom line is that I now have actually better coverage with Allstate and it is $2,600 less per year. I had been with my previous insurance company for over 20 years so it was a tough decision but Antonio really earned my business.

What I particularly appreciated about Antonio was the fact that if he didn’t know the answer to any of my very many questions he didn’t try to bluff his way out. He simply acknowledged that he didn’t know the answer but that he would find it out and he did in a timely fashion.

For the record before I retired I managed a North American sales team and before that a European sales team. Kudos to Antonio he did a great job!

Having been insured with no issues with Progressive, they dropped me after 6 years stating that there was nothing I could do to change their minds. I contacted all the major companies and all declined except this AllState office. Antonio was knowledgeable, easy to work with, communicative, responsive and I got an amazing bundle with my car, actually less expensive than Progressive!
The only frustrating experience was that their underwriters canceled my insurance as I had a wood shed within 30 ft of the house. To get reinstated, I had to move the entire wood store further from the house (which is going to be fun when we get feet of snow!) and are also requiring that Iput 2 inches of metal trim around the bottom of the, now empty, shed (?).
I have nothing but good things to say of Antonio, and his partner Joe, and this AllState office and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for those of us who live in the mountains and are finding it nearly impossible to get insurance these days.
