We like most can be quick to criticize and slow to praise. We would like to take a moment to recognize two people of the Property Management Team, Matea and Jenna. They both have been so supportive in our efforts to submit the required Property Improvement forms and back up documentation. I live in the villas in Waterset community. We moved here because it’s gated or supposed to be. We have lived here almost 5 years and our gate has been broke as much as working. Absolutely ridiculous!! We now have a group of people coming in at night and breaking into cars. We have been paying for something that hasn’t worked since purchasing our home and frankly I’m tired of it!! Thank you!

Castle Group who oversees our Edgestone Artisan Lakes HOA has been a huge disappointment. Lack of communication, no communication and contradicting communication. They rarely respond to emails. They are all about profit and making money and could care less about the community. They continually raise our dues yet provide less and less of their promises where HOA dues are concerned. We were told when we bought that they take care of the outside of the townhomes. Well with hurricane Milton townhomes lost shingles. I find it interesting that they had to consult with legal counsel to come back and tell us no it is our responsibility as it was a natural disaster. That must not have been in black and white. Very dishonest. Then tell us we can only have shingles replaced by one vendor or we null and void the warranty for the whole entire plat of townhomes. Then they say they will have work done and bill us. We told them no. They will surely inflate the actual price to make more profit.

I never write bad reviews but this group as an HOA is so incredibly unhelpful and it seems to be a for profit agency. Live at Taylor Morrison property. Don't know what they exactly do but when you need them for what we thought we were paying for they are like snake oil salesman.

A comment on the Providence Lakes HOA Annual Meeting. Matea did a great job recapping 2024 and went over items that need to be addressed in 2025. Additionally, the lawyer provided very good information on several of the topics discussed.

Absolutely terrible service. If I had known how bad they were going to be, I never would have purchased my townhome with Taylor Morrison. The community is dirty, lawn care serve is terrible, they send out emails but half the people do not get them. Ask about when maintenance will be taken care of and you get the same excuse. Not sure what we are even paying for since we do not get the services they stated are included.

We've had a series of Property Management companies over the past 10 or 5 years ... I've never experienced better service and engagement than I have with Castle Group ... In particular Steven and Jess are top Tier operators ... in the past, I felt lucky to have somebody anwer the phone in the front office ... these two not only answer the phone on the first ring, but then are on solutions to problems immediately ... great to have this team on "our side" ...
