We moved to Harrison about 6 months ago and this agency came recommended to us (oddly enough by another local (competitor) agency that was unable to provide reasonable rates for our insurance needs). Since signing on, this agency has been fantastic to work with. Our specific agent is Carrie Richter and she is always very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Keep up the good work! Carrie Richter is our agent and seriously goes above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! She perfectly curated our plans to accommodate all of life’s changes and additions. The other day I was looking for another insurance company because the other company was trash and was taking forever fr a quote to even get started. I checked my email and remembered how quick and attention to detail Casey was so I called him. We literally got everything done in less than 20 minutes kid u not!! Casey even stayed a few minutes over to ensure I had everything I needed to get goin. Nobody had ever been this fast, friendly and amazing as him!! So grateful to have him!! Me and my wife were with a different insurance company for years but they just got too expensive and a worker at State Farm named Troy Holton told us simply he can beat that, quoted us and he definitely did NOT lie and save us almost 100 dollars with the same covered plus more! He is incredibly trust worthy and we are definitely glad we went to him as well as choosing State Farm
