My experienece was outstanding. My repair was very reasonable priced, work was do on time and the results were fantastic. The CARSTAR team was great to work with, communications could not have been better, and I even got a ride from my home to the shop to pick up my truck. I have used them twice and both time were great experiences. I highly recommend CARSTAR for any auto repairs you may need. Rod a very happy customer!

Carstar cane recommended to me by a friend who lives in the area and they definitely exceeded my expectations on the job. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. My drivers side door was backed into and left a huge dent and paint scrapes that required they get me an entirely new door, replace decals, and paint the door and the surrounding panels to blend the colors so they looked cohesive between the new and original paint. I picked it up a week later and my truck looked brand new. Not just because of the door, they also washed the entire outside and cleaned the inside of the cab down to the mats (which were beyond my ability to clean well). Would definitely take my tryck back there if it needed further repairs. Thank you all for making my truck good as new again!

Loved Car Star! Jacob made it easy, stayed in touch with me and was very professional. He also drove me 20 minutes to the only car rental dealer in the area, and then took the rental car back for me. They also washed my car. It looks great!

Driving down Main St in Bozeman, MT, some dude opened the door of his Ram into my Jeep and totally trashed my custom bumber, as well as most of the right side. I had my doubts it would ever look the same, but CARSTAR of Sedona really saved the day. They found a new bumper of the same type, installed it with my old winch and electronics. Replaced the mirror, door handles, all the fiddly tech stuff that comes on a Grand Cherokee. Three panels beautifully repainted to match. They even arranged for custom calibration of the radar which they were not equipped for, at no expense. Now, it's like it never even happened. I'm very pleased. Kudos to Matt and his crew.

The friendly team at CarStar went above & beyond to complete the repairs on my car by a deadline I had for leaving on a road trip. One member even drove to another town at 7:00 AM to pick up a needed part ahead of what the delivery schedule would have been. And when I got my car back, not only was the work done impeccably but my car was almost detail level clean, inside & out! My gratitude to the best collision repair shop I’ve ever worked with!!
