I wish to give no star at all, but then I couldn't write my review. For months after moving overseas this office is ignoring emails about our car insurance, which they charging our account twice and we asked to explain. No answer, got a lawyer and contacted corporate to hope to get answers and our money back.

Carlos is the KING of State Farm if you ask me ! That man is patient, caring, & understanding of individuals with financial difficulties (myself). Submitted a request for a quote, received a response electronically. Spoke with someone roughly 3 weeks ago after calling many times. The numbers I were given, had me ready to switch that day. I have been calling and there is never an agent available to finalize things. I guess I’m staying with my current company, sigh. So frustrating.
