I decided to go through Capitol Buys Houses because I’ve heard a lot of good and positive things about them. Luis Caballero was an excellent team member and was very communicative with the whole process of selling my house. He was so easy going and very understanding when it came to answer my questions or any concerns that I had. He honestly made this whole experience so easy for me and they were fast with everything. This is my first time working with Karla and Capitol Buys Houses and it was a great experience. As a Realtor I occasionally have clients who have homes that due to their poor condition will not qualify for traditional financing and a cash sale is the only option. We negotiated a price and terms for the sale of my clients house and Capitol Buys Houses did exactly what they said they would and even allow my sellers a couple of extra days to move out. Everyone was very pleased with how smoothly things went.
