We first met Robert on a Zoom call while searching for a property management firm to oversee our commercial property in Northern Virginia. Goes without saying, that the vacancy did not stay vacant for long, chalking up another win for the CRG team.

As our needs evolved beyond commercial to include residential management and realtor services, Robert and the CRG team were a natural first choice. Led by Robert and David, the CRG Realty team allowed us to remotely transact our residential sales during uncertain times and changing market conditions. Despite what seemed like an impossible situation in a tough market, we never lost faith in Robert and David to pull through, and sure enough, they did just as they'd done every time in the past.

The dream scenario for owners is to have a team in place independently overseeing your assets through thick and thin. Robert and his team have become close partners of ours and we couldn't imagine our lives without them. If you're looking for a firm to watch over your property, this firm is not to be overlooked.
