I completely understand the shift toward digital banking and the convenience of online services. However, the tall African-American woman with a ponytail in the red dress could have communicated that strategy more effectively. Instead, she came across as short, unprofessional, and dismissive.

When I inquired about the interest rate for a savings account, I didn’t expect her to know it off the top of her head, but I did expect an effort to find the answer. Instead, I was met with a response suggesting that I should check online, which gave the impression that my presence in the branch was an inconvenience.

Given this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Long waiting time unable to go to work waited forever poor customer service you left standing by yourself for a long time and no one come to help you . This branch needs to be closed anyway.

I was dealing with an issue outside scope of what the Largo branch could help me out with but still received in-depth assistance. Jonathan provided excellent customer service and stayed on the line with me until my issue was resolved. The professionalism from Jonathan was EXCEPTIONAL!

The young lady kindly escorted me to manager Joh—-.
Joh——- patiently assisted me with my situation “which took a while to resolve”. He never hissed or changed his pleasant demeanor while working with me.
I am convinced Capitol One Largo Branch is for me!!!

The staffs at this location are terrible and show lack of effort when your seeking help or better understanding of an issue. Unfortunately this is the only capital one near my area after the one in Bowie shut down. The capital one staff at Bowie had better customer service..

I was sitting in my car reporting a fraudulent claim on the phone when I watched a man pull into the parking lot, sat in his car for about 10 minutes waiting for the area to clear. He then walked to the atm, hooked something to the machine and stood looking around for about 7 minutes. He then recuperated whatever item he had placed on the atm and got back into his car. Beware of this fraudulent atm. This is probably how my card information got stolen
