Buyers Beware: White collar loan sharks, Stormy George, Amy Anderson, and Ren Ellis, with this company, will set you up with financing with a traditional bank, but Capital Asset Resources will borrow an additional 10%+ against the loan, completely paid to them up front as a fee. Your first payment to them won’t reduce the principal either, if something changes in your business and you need out of the equipment, you better pray you sell for an excellent price and you’ll still be massively under water and have to bring a significant amount of funds to closing. They will also likely spring on you at the last minute a “money market requirement” which is basically a down payment. This is essentially funding their fee, which is non-refundable, and does not build any equity for you. They market it as “you keep your money on your balance sheet” but you might as well expense it. When confronted with these realities, they will tell you that them answering the phone is their service which is somehow worth tens of thousands of dollars. Our company lost $75,000 with them on ONE deal, even though we resold the equipment for what they had in it to begin with.

I had a Brian Breece approach me on leasing two trucks for my company. I did some work on Brian's personal truck when he paid my bill of around $750.00 his check came back NSF , the two credit cards he gave were declined. Now he doesn't even respond back. I know this doesn't have anything to do with Capital Asset Resources but in a way it does due to he represents this company on offering me a lease from this company at the time he conned me on his personal vehicle gaining my trust with him. I guess the question is was he conning me on the lease of those trucks for which i never considered after his scam. Just want to say beware.

WARNING FOR DEALERS!!

DO NOT TAKE IN TRADES BECAUSE THEY WILL SEND TITLE TO CUSTOMER. I RECENTLY TOOK IN A 2018 DODGE RAM FOR TRADE AND AFTER PAYING OFF VEHICLE FOR $53K+ THE TITLE WAS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. SPARKLE VALENCIA who was supposed to be "helping" us said that the title was going to be sent directly to us. AFTER PAYOFF THAT WASN'T THE CASE. FORTUNATELY THE CUSTOMER IS AN HONEST MAN UNLIKE SPARKLE VALENCIA AND DROPPED TITLE OFF TO MY OFFICE.
