Horribly understaffed and it’s a waste of time trying to get anything done. Their staff hides in the side offices leaving everyone waiting. Just walked out after waiting more than 20 minutes.

Entirety unsatisfactory experience. I've been a member for 9 years since they were PSCU. Tried to do a simple check deposit and checking account withdrawal. Was treated immediately like a criminal. I don't have all the "app" information, and so when they asked for information within there, information of which I didn't have despite being the verified account holder through various other means, they refused to give me access to my own funds. The fact that I would have had to call a lawyer to make them give me access to my own money was very infuriating. I traveled over to another nearby branch that was very kind and accommodating. This branch needs some serious work between the teller and manager. She was completely clueless and unhelpful. Claiming I lived in some other city within the state and that that alone is reason to think I'm a fraudulent character walking into a branch of my own financial institution. Completely absurd.

Terrible company. I have a car loan with them, the car was totaled my insurance company sent a settlement check that they failed for a month to cash and did not hold themselves responsible and my insurance company had to send another in turn prolonged gap and gap has sent the check they are stating the same thing is happening with wanting more car payments instead and dropping my credit because this process is taking so long because of their negligence. Oh and they hung up on me while I was trying to get this taken care of.

I like the people at my branch but Canvas as a whole sucks.
Their new app was a nightmare. It took a week for them to get it right. Canvas was so cheap that their app doesn’t orient to the horizontal on my I pad which causes me to remove my key pad to use it.
I can’t Zelle and they’ve been working n it for 3 weeks and still can’t figure it out.
I ordered new checks 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them.
I’m done. I will move my business and personal accounts elsewhere.

Loss and mitigation department I talked to was very rude. First person took my social and transfered me before verifying or asking why they transfered me to loss and mitigation. Then talked to a sweet lady who told me she couldn't process my payment and transfered me back to loss and mitigation. The person I then talked to was rude and hung up before I was done talking to her. I wish leaving a 0 star review was an option.

Worst credit union ever. You can't even add an external account to pay your auto loan you must transfer to your saving then pay. I have done this at every credit union I have ever been with in fact Premier Members allows this as I'm doing it on two vehicles currently..
