Walked in needing to withdraw cash beyond my daily ATM limit as a shared branch customer (I bank with a different credit union). Was in and out in less than five minutes with all necessary identification procedures completed. Was very impressed, will be back for shared branching needs.

This bank is a joke. I have to wait 45 day for an over payment and then take over 150 bucks of my money. Scammers don’t bank with them!

I went to open a checking account at Canvas where Yaraisy Olivares the associate at this branch was such a great help answering all my questions and going through all the perks of my account. She made the process very quick and stress-free while also answering some questions with my auto loan through them. I recommend coming to this branch for any of your financial questions.

I have opened my account here after my daughter had hers with them and received great service and assistance. I have yet to have a bad experience. Angie and Teri have both assisted me and were very helpful and knowledgeable as have the 'tellers' that have assisted me.
My only issue would be I was told a financial counselor would reach out to me yesterday and I still have not heard from anyone.
