Stopped into this location to open an account they were unwilling to assist. Instead they gave me a poor excuse that it would take 30-45 mins versus saying we close in ten minute and we don’t want to inconvenience ourselves by you arriving right before we close to open a account with us. Maybe they should put next the their times of operations “close at 5:00pm unless you want to become a new member 10mins before we close.” The kicker was the piss-poor attitude the team and what seemingly seemed to be a manager or at least a person of authority. Being new to the area I didn’t want to believe the poor reviews and scores online, but I experienced it first hand and Im opting to look at other CU options in the area. I must say I don’t think it was possible to have such poor scores on google as a financial institution. From average people comes average results. Do Better Canvas!

I like Canvas. They've helped me with many bank things that my old bank has made a hassle out of; withdrawing money, transferring, depositing, even immediately helped me with my credit card being hacked. It also helps when the branch I go to are full of tellers closer to my age, making it a little more comfortable and easier to work with. Love these guys! They've made banking more efficient within the last two years compared to the bank I was with for eleven years before them. Even recently moving states, to a place where their closest branch is a good hour or two away, they've been exponentially helpful and guiding electronically, saving me the trip

This branch in particular is rewarded this 1 star customer service horrible can't get anything done here save yourself and go to another branch. I live literally 3mins away and go out of my way to the one on Wadsworth and 80th. The bank itself is a good bank but this branch and employees horrible. Save yourself time and go to another branch.

What’s wrong with these banks customer service terrible ATMs are always out of order months at a time can’t even withdraw or get money after hours no one to help terrible banking. This financial interest is one of the worst compared to Wells Fargo that I had before.

The staff here are incompetent or just plain negligent. I had multiple issues running back and forth from the DMV to the Broomfield Branch because documents were not sent over or filled out correctly. The staff here have had over 60 days to get the correct documents filled out and sent to the DMV and then have the audacity to tell me that that the city could take 2 weeks to process the information they sent today! Today is the 3rd issue I have encountered with Canvas Broomfield Branch and each time has been horrible. This will be my last loan with them, forever. I highly suggest not dealing with this branch.

Opened an account here and they wouldn't let me put my husband on the account. Come to find out he had an account from when he was younger and owed them $14. He doesn't recall even having an account with them ever but agin this was over 15 yrs ago. So they tell us if we pay the amount owed there will be no problem putting him on the acct. It will just take a couple weeks before they can put him on. So a month later we tried to go back in and put him on the account and they denied him. So we just closed the account. In the month I had the account tho the ATM only allows like $500 to be withdrawn (witch is normal/no problem) so you have to see the inside people to take larger amounts. So every time I went to withdraw MY MONEY they would ask me why I needed so much. It's $1,000 don't worry about it MOM! Not happy with this place at all. They are Nosey and they lie. BEWARE

Lack of customer service and standard practices. I’ve made 30 deposits into different and today for the first time I was asked to verify address before they would take cash. This was after I had already verified account number and last 4 digits of my social security number. Apparently the new trainee is the only one who follows procedures and the manager accepted my previous payments without following procedures. Lack of direction and leadership. Manager was argumentative and told me I could go to my credit union if I was unhappy with her customer service. I see why this place has a 2.3 rating. I’d give them 0 stars if I was able. Do yourself a favor and use the credit union across the street. I used Elevations Credit Union, and had no problems. I will never step a foot in this branch. Awful experience and lack of compassion or empathy. Completely unprofessional!!!
