Worst property management company ever. They hire idiots who never answer phones, maintenance issues take forever to resolve because management claims they need approval from corporate and maintenance will say they need approval from management but you never get a clear answer. They're so quick to charge you and raise your rent. I've rented from them at 2 different properties (garden estates and carmel at the colony) and both experiences with management have been subpar. We've lived at carmel when it was owned by pacific living and the drastic changes since cannon took over are astounding. WE have been looking actively to move until then hire people with actual people skills who answer phones and don't b.s. you around. They have never come to clean the mold we told them about they just painted over it....
