Great service when selling you insurance products.
Horrid customer service when modifying your pokicy/updating information/paying outstanding balances.

We had a GL policy when we first started working, we were far exceeding the estimated Gross yearly revenue and wanted to update our policy to reflect the changes so we could pay for the premium monthly instead of getting a huge lump sum at the end.

No communication, no explanation of policies and how at the end of the year/policy with an audit we would be able to reconcile the difference & pay the updated premium.

After switching carriers and brokers & completing our audit they sent us 1 email about our outstanding balance.
One email thread that got lost in spam and I think that's what I'd consider communications with them are like. Google knows.

We paid our insurance carrier directly about a month after the due date. Please search for better brokers that are willing to explain policies and how everything works when you're starting off.
