California coast is a credit union that truly cares about its members I think this is partially due to its wonderful ceo Todd Lane and countless others. I work at another credit union but continue to bank with cal coast due to its wonderful call center and branch staff. They really put the not for profit in there way of doing business . I only wish that they updated there mobile banking. Cal coast will always be my forever institution.

Worst possible customer service trying to pay a car off as a third party. Their fax machines don't work. They turn it off on the weekends also per their admission. Their phone customer service is the worst without any recourse. If you email Support they don't want to receive any attachment that they require for them to help you. You are stuck not getting the simple task of getting a 10 day car payoff as a third party with authorization. I thought about opening as account with them but that went away after my experience with them today for good.

I was Scammed by a person who told me he was security with Amazon and had me follow steps to clear hackers from my phone and account, I reported it to the band in less than 24 hrs. but the Fraud dept. said they would not reimbuse the money taken from my Credit card and checking account. I had to close that account and open a new one. I reported to the Police and FBI. I will be changing banks as soon as I can be sure my direct deposits are working again. Funny they are Federally Insured but I guess we aren't, not under their rules.

Worst bank ever. Carmax bought a car back from me because it broke down 3 times in 3 weeks. Over 2 months later Cal Coast has now been sent 3 payoff checks that have all been lost, their customer service SUCKS, and they have sent me to collections now. This place is a JOKE. I will now be headed to their corporate office to handle this in person. This is a total nightmare.

Judy at the CCCU call center is amazing. I had some issues with my account and she went above and beyond in getting my questions answered and my concerns resolved. Not only is she exceptionally patient, understanding and has has great customer service skills, she is also well informed and knowledgeable in Cal Coast CU corporate policy and operating procedures.
