Truly terrible customer service. I called in to do simple banking transaction i.e. cancel a monthly transfer fron 1 cccu account to another cccu account. I was directed to their website which is almost unusable do to the archaic layout and over enthusiastic use of security features. I'm emptying my account and risking my credit score as they refuse to help me.
