Crystal and Carmina did a fantastic job. I am an injury lawyer and I needed to open two-court ordered blocked accounts for my injured (minor children) clients. They both took the initiative to open both accounts simultaneously in order to be more efficient. They got both accounts opened within the hour which is really a record time. Other banks would have taken much longer. I highly recommend California Coast Credit Union for court ordered blocked accounts, and if you are in the Mira Mesa area, remember to get Crystal or Carmina to help you out!

WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!

Worst possible service ever. Who in their right mind would sign title over without being paid first. Crystal is anything but educated in the workings of The ca DMV.
I will never recommend this credit union to anyone!

Ridiculous! I received a mail that says my accounts could be turned over to the State Collections unless I dont call CalCoast and when I did... all I was told was "OH! Um we were told to say that it was mailed in error so members that received it should just shred it." (Insert ditsy voice here) and I asked for further info and she just repeated the same spiel, which basically tells she she knows squat about it. She was just fed a line and just went with it. What the actual F was that!

Just found out they are holding my direct deposit hostage till Friday. I'm used to other banks putting my hard earned cash through before a holiday. Guess I can't buy any food this Thanksgiving. 🙁
