CCCU has us call monthly to remove charges for extra value checking. There has to be a more streamline, automated way to do this.

Teralyn Rose has helped me with my budgeting. They have great financial classes.

There is one way to get into the parking lot, a faded arrow shows the exit. Free parking lot.

For some reason, they don't open the side door anymore. Why not?

There is usually a wait. There is a loaner computer for members.

They have competitive car loan interest rates.

Every time I come here the wait is forever long! They usually have 2-3 tellers & 3 reps sitting at the desk. I don't understand why the desk reps are incompetence. Why don't they move the line & get people/patrons on their way. This is why I have other banks. I used this one strictly for bills.

I needed to get a signature loan quickly and John was able to help me. He was knowledgable and friendly, I appreciated his candor and speed. The Funding specialist, Liz, called me the next day and we worked together on the phone to get my documents signed and, before the end of the day I had a cashier's check for the loan amount I needed.

I have been a member of Cal Coast C.U since it was called California Teacher's Credit Union. I have used the Clairemont Branch for at least thirty years. All my experiences have been professional, competent, and courteous; both on the phone and in person. Website is very functional and easy to use. Thank you.

This branch seems to be known for bad customer service, but it was my first time visiting and everything was flawless. Hemin was very patient and accommodating and even stayed past closing time to help us with finalizing some details. 10/10 for his service, along with the other workers!!

Fast friendly service at this location. However, the lines get very long during lunch and dinner times. So it's best to plan to come between 2pm and 3pm for the shortest lines.

I love standing in line for twenty minutes to have the person behind the counter refer me to the website and toll free number for functions that don’t actually exist via either platform . If they worked, I wouldn’t be standing in line? What they lack in expertise they make up for in attitude. Customer support is nonexistent and “customer service” deserves ironic quotes. Pity: I’ve been a client for almost thirty years and their doubling down on indifference is the final straw. This is my ex bank now. Special shout out to Susan, no last name, the “manager”.
