Aime V. is making it very difficult for me to regain access to my account. I emailed a PDF of the info, as requested, but she just emails back her template about the PDF! It's very annoying. I asked her what info am I missing and she just resends the same email! Not helpful one bit.

If you want to know why people criticize “state workers”, come down to this board and spend a few minutes with the front desk staff. It’s like an episode of the office but not the good one. Literally a bunch of useless individuals taking up space.

Very stinky. Somehow in 2022 this agency ONLY does business through physical mail. I had to Google "how to mail a letter" and borrow a physical paper check from my father because they do not have the capacity to receive an electronic payment for anything. As a young person, mailing a letter was a jarring and terrifying experience -- I am livid that I was forced to endure this process. They make the DMV look like a high tech and cutting edge organization. The incompetency of this organization's systems is absolutely baffling.

High license fee but basically 0 service. They even cannot verify if my CPE course is valid until the license renewal date.

Long processing time (over 1 year), unfriendly and slow moving staff. Everything requires way more fees than necessary.
