Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank. My atm card not working and when I called the branch Marissa said hmm can't figure it out why your card is not working. Assured me it was fine but could not give me an answer. I called her back 2 hours later and still has no answer fir me. 5 hours later I go to use card. And nothing. Called them again. And now I'm told there is an issue with everyone's card and they apologize . But, why didn't they say that from the beginning. Friday 430 pm..Sol

$5 bucks every-time for an atm card, the app is outdated and can’t do much, example transfers to other account, can’t zelle …. We are on 2023 not the 1980’s

I can't access most of my card information, literally forgot my pin and now have to wait till Monday to see if I can get my pin. Literally don't understand why they dontw work 24/7

Lack communication and are not willing to work with members and their needs. If you don't have a lot of money with them, forget about the process being easy. I was dealing with my father's account who just passed, no sympathy and poor communication when trying to handle the probate basics. The CEO, Angel, lacks empathy/sympathy as well.
