Literally 30 days into living here in Richmond virginia at Coventry Gardens, my children and I have never slept a whole night because my adult neighbors with their young children are outside all night till 4am nearly daylight with a 4 ft subwoofer blasting music. According to Ms Gladys Walker the property manager, she cannot do anything about it. They break glass all over the parking lot and nothing is done. The cameras around the office do not record sound, but they definitely show people fighting, using drugs, selling drugs, littering everywhere and vandalizing the property. I have the right to peaceful enjoyment inside and outside my home according to HUD resident rights and responsibilities brochure. It would be great if cameras were installed everywhere so they can take the trash out.

This company own twin canal village located in Virginia. I have been trying to get someone to fix this mold problem in my home but for some reason they think bleach fix black mold! This have been going on since 2022 and nothing has been done and yes I called the help department and they lied and said they fixed it and didn’t .. I’m guessing the money is going to the worker and not the property

I have enjoyed living at Chisholm Trail, Senior Village in Belton Texas. And because it is an over 55 community, it is quiet and I feel very safe because it is gated. The office manager Stacey is wonderful. She always makes us feel so welcome and whenever I have a problem, she creates an order for me, and it gets completed within 1 to 2 days. She’s always friendly and courteous and very helpful. And she’s constantly trying to put together activities and does holiday dinners for which she supplies the meat and we, the residents, would bring side dishes. During Covid, Stacey did outside bingo where we could stay on our patios with the cards and she rode around the village calling out the numbers. It was great fun. I would highly recommend living in this wonderful community.

I’ve been living at Spring Oaks for more than 2yrs now and I’ve never had an issue or had to complain about anything. They love their community and they love giving back to their tenants here at spring oaks. I highly recommend living in this apartment complex to become our new family member! We’re a big family here. ❤️

I have lived at this property in Tampa for many years.The change in leasing companies from concord to Burlington Capital was a good one. The leasing office staff is so customer service friendly. Christie and Mona are awesome.Burlington Capital is continuing to make changes to the property. The changes will be beneficial to the property when they get done.

I live at Fairview Cove Tampa Florida for 12.5 years and I have really enjoyed living here. Burlington Capital took over October last year and they are doing a good job managing the property.

Moved into Spring Oaks Apts in Feb 2023 I was on a waiting list since July 2022, well worth the wait for me, I love my 3 bedroom very spacious , quiet , enjoy my neighbors Management Kathy, and Ms. Stacy are very nice and very helpful so far no issues do not anticipate any or move anytime soon !!!! Love it here

l live at Scioto Woods apartment complex in chillicothe ohio. It’s so peaceful and relaxing here and surrounded by trees. l love it so much some of my family has also moved out here. It’s a really great place to live with nice office managers to help with a smooth move in.
