My family has had insurance with The Burkhart Agency for many, many years. They have always been very professional, friendly, caring and efficient in handling all of my car and home insurance needs. Jeff Burkhart contacts me personally to let me know when he might be able to save me money for example by adjusting my coverage or going with a different insurer. I honestly feel as though they are looking out for me, the little guy.

After learning that my home and auto insurance company (AAA) had a substantial increase in their rates, I contacted several local insurance agencies for rate quotes. One of the companies I contacted was Burkhart Ins. Agency and I"m so glad that I did. Not only were they able to shop around for me and find a much better rate, they treated me like I had been a customer of theirs for years! They, by far, had the best rates for my needs.
Amazing customer service....everything from the first call to the final details of helping me cancel my previous carrier to on-boarding me to Travelers. Highly recommend!

I have been insured with Burkhart Insurance for over 40 years! I have never received an automated voicemail service during business hours. If I make call after hours, I can expect an early return call the next business day. Very respectful, responsive and never had an issue settling any claim that I might have, unfortunately, needed to make. The best in the area, Burkhart Insurance has my utmost respect for looking out for my individual needs.

Burkhart Insurance has been my insurance company for about 25 years. What I appreciate the most is the personal, individualized service. Whenever I call, a REAL person answers the phone. No automated system requiring me to push 1 or 2, choosing from a menu of services, entering my policy number into some automated system, being put on hold, listening to canned messages or music. I know the entire staff on a first name basis and they are amazingly helpful. Because Jeff is an independent agent, he finds the best policies for me in regard to coverage and cost and is always willing to discuss my insurance needs. There may be cheaper rates out there - I have no idea. But the service I receive far outweighs saving a few dollars.
