I have insured both home and auto with Bucklew and Associates for many years. Everyone at the office is always so friendly and helpful whenever I call in. Whether moving to a new house or buying a new car or even filing a claim - everything is always easy. I want to send a special shout-out to Dan! Today I was driving a dealer loaner car and accidentally ran out of gas. My roadside would not help me since I was driving a car that was not listed on my plan. I called and spoke with Tiffany at the office who was extremely nice and helpful. Dan ended up bringing me gas himself on the side the road. He put some gas in my tank himself and we had a really friendly and professional interaction. I could tell that both Tiffany and Dan truly understood and cared about my situation and bout me not just as a customer - but as a person who just needed some help. I want to point out I was a good 20 minutes from the office - Dan showed up 25 minutes after I called. That is the definition of what going above and beyond means to me. Thanks again Tiffany and Dan for everything! If anyone is in the market at all I strongly recommend giving them a call!

I absolutely recommend Dan Bucklew and his entire crew at Bucklew & Associates!! Talk about a group with integrity... it was a breath of fresh air dealing with an Insurance Agent like Dan Bucklew... He is a business man... a family man... and a phenomenal leader to his Team!!! Daniel Bucklew and associates was one of the best finds when I relocated to Ohio. Daniel helped me with much more than just my insurance needs offering advice and information on all things I would need. During my three years with Daniel he was always available when I needed him especially off hours and was extremely responsive.
