DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They let us know at 9pm that our policy doubled and charged our account the next morning at 7am. We canceled the policy and were told we'd be refunded within 10 business days. That turned into the time period being 30 days. Now it is 30-60 days, which is interesting that they can take thousands of dollars so fast with no warning but can't find the time to give it back.

As a commercial Agent today it is very rare to call an insurance company and be able to speak to a human. At BTIS a friendly human answers every call and routes you to the right department according to your needs, so you don't have to go through 1000 prompts.

If I could give a lower rating than one, I would... The worst customer service in the entire insurance industry I requested some loss run statements which they said would take 7 to 10 days I spoke with them this morning and they are going to mail them to me... They can't email them because my insurance agent didn't request them... My agent tried to request them and they told my agent that I had to make the request!!! Now the whole 7 to 10 day process starts over again... All of this because they did not inform me that they were not renewing my insurance because I did snow removal...which was known to them to begin with ...If this were the only insurance company on the planet... I would go without!!!!!
