They do a CREDIT CHECK to see if you're "eligible" for a DEBIT CARD to spend YOUR OWN MONEY. Yes you read correctly, I'm a registered nurse and lived in Middleburg my entire life, my wife and I were both turned down to receive a DEBIT CARD. Shame on you, just as terrible and predatory as the big banks you're supposed to be different from, SCAM credit union making money off the residents instead of serving them
