I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and the other people that work at his agency. I have dealt with many very good insurance agents over the years but Bruce leaves them all in the dust. He is always focused on what’s best for his clients. Always!! He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance products he sells. Bruce was great help updating home and vehicles. I have been with Farmers for over 40 years, recently my agent retired, I wanted to find a local Farmers agent. I researched Farmers agents in Evergreen CO. and decided to meet with Bruce Anderson and I'm glad I did. Bruce met with me for a couple hours, updated my home and 3 vehicles insurance. When you ask Bruce to jump, he doesn’t ask how high because he already knows everything that underwriting is going to ask regarding the pertinence of the height you’re asking him to jump and how feasible jumping that high is. He has covered us from our renter’s insurance to our home when we purchased, auto, business, RV and so on. In my industry, we rely on the knowledge and professionalism of insurance agents and Bruce is my go-to-guy for questions I may have, but he has also never let down one of my clients. He’s personally been there when we got evacuated while out of town during a forest fire and he’s been there as an actual caring human during times in the community when compassion mattered more than business. He does good business because he knows his stuff and has exceptional heart.

Bruce and all his staff have been very helpful as we had changing insurance needs this past year. Then, after a recent traffic collision, Bruce provided us with information we needed to provide to the at-fault driver's insurance company. Made that part go very smoothly! He also did some investigative work to ensure we were compensated properly. All part of his full-service as it may be, this is above and beyond what we expected from our agent.

Great agent - Bruce Anderson. I like Bruce.
Pathetic claims response - Jason Maxwell, OK City, OK.
Bruce and I prepared a claim for my van.
Jason required more photos and video.
Jason denied the claim, because I declined to act like an adjuster.
Bruce completed all the check boxes for the claim.
JASON then reduced the estimate - cheaper parts, less labor.

Great insurance UNTIL you have to use it.

I've been a Farmers client for over ten years across two different states. Bruce and his staff have done an excellent job servicing my policies and are quick to respond to requests. Recently I had a problem that required a tremendous amount of leg from Bruce. This problem had nothing to do with Bruce and yet he committed his time and energy to get it resolved. I cannot say enough good things about Bruce's integirty and committment to his clients.
