Don't trust this company. I rented an apartment from them via AirBnb for the fall semester '21 for my daughter. I booked it and paid in May for an August 18 move in date. On August 10 they cancelled the booking with no explanation. They don't respond to messages and don't answer the phone.

They stole money from me. Security deposit of 3k and nobody returned and i cant even reach them!!!

Edit: they commented on april 18th 2022 to help me with the refund. Lets see how long it takes for them to respond to my emails. I already called them and they ignored every call and said pls email us via text. Yes, after she commented the info below, I called her twice and she ignored both calls. She just said “please email us” smh…. You told us to call u. U never answered ur phone two years ago why did i think itll be better now?

Attempted to rent one of there places for a job, I asked them questions and told them I was coming for work. They responded with why are you coming? and never responded again and caused me to lose the rental while waisting time I could of found another place...
