I had my taxes done there last year. He had it done the same day and was reasonably priced BUT when the IRS readjusted his numbers he stated that once the IRS accepts the filing he has nothing more to do with it

Would give 0 stars if possible. Very poor customer service, extremely rude on the phone. He did my taxes, things didn't look right, so i called to have him hold off sending them out (he already sent them) and wanted to sit down and go over things. At that point he began interrupting me while I was trying to speak, told me he did nothing wrong since he's been doing this for ______ years. Told me he couldn't cancel the file and that I would have to call the irs. I just wanted to sit down and have things explained, but that was too much to ask of him. Sure enough if the price seems to good to be true, it is. Wasted $89, to have to file an amendment with someone else due to him basically telling me to do so.
Took my taxes to be looked at else were and sure enough since he never sat down with me about my 1099 he didn't do all the proper deductions. Thus causing me to owe more federally than I should.

I was going to have my taxes done locally. But after reviewing and doing some research found this place to be shady, and inconsistent and taxes are filed before you can review them and the guy doesn't even go over them with you before filing. So I'm going to save my money and go with somewhere reliable like H&R block.

The IRS computer made a drastic, financial mistake and was charging me almost $2,000 in its error. Also, was threating interest if I did not pay the amount IMMEDIATELY. I was certain that I was in no error. I spoke with Wayne. He advised me and I did as he said immediately. Problem over! Computer mistake !!! Thanks Wayne! You are unbelievable!! Plus, No Charge!!! Scam artist. BEWARE. Charged $89.99 to file my taxes which was done all wrong tried to tell me I owed thousands of dollars. Ended up having my info looked at by another company and they had to file an amendment which end up getting a refund on my return. After showing him that it was done incorrectly and that I had to pay a company to fix his mistake he still refused to admit he made a mistake and refused to refund me.
