Although I do not live close enough to Brooker Insurance Agency to let them be my insurance agents, I do have the good fortune of working with them as a vendor. You will not find a more customer-focused group of people! Every interaction we have comes back to the same question - how can we help our customers faster, better, or more efficiently? Okay, Malcolm Brooker, Jr. is my step brother, but he knows as well as anyone that I am going to shoot straight on this review. I have all of my insurance with Brooker Insurance Agency in Strongsville, OH (auto, home, life, health) and plan to have them add my business policy soon as well. I have lived in different places throughout the United States and various agents have had my business, but none have served me better than Brooker. Their representatives are knowledgeable and friendly, and I always feel comfortable asking when I have a question. Each time I have had to add or change a coverage, it has been very fast and very easy. I highly recommend Brooker if you are ready to buy insurance or, if you are simply shopping around, let them give you a quote in order to compare it to what you have right now.
