Highly recommend this agency! Adelia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find an insurance company that has more coverage on the policy for cheaper! Some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! I hate leaving 5 star reviews because they usually get overlooked, and don’t seem genuine, but if I could give her and this agency a better rating I would! Try them out for your selves, you have nothing to lose!

Hello, folks be careful with this insurance agency specially with Alafia, she is not responsible person I have insurance from her for my business journal liability and worker c, I sell my business back on July 1 2021 and I call her to discontinue insurance, today is September 17, 2021, Insurance Company still taking money out of from my account,
from July 1-September 17 I call her hundred times and I emails text messages the only answer sometime I receive OK I will take care of but she haven’t done anything, she told me I will get a refund check is on the way but it’s been almost three months I have not seen any check,
Now she don’t answer the phone calls and text messages anymore, I end up with call my bank to file the dispute,
please think twice before you work with this agency
