I have been a long-time customer of Allstate and always appreciated the exceptional service I received from Tony Spargo’s office. The team was consistently kind, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Unfortunately, all of that changed when the office transitioned to Bridget Donavin’s leadership.

The level of service declined significantly. The staff struggled to answer basic policy questions, I continued receiving irrelevant marketing emails asking me to renew policies for a home I no longer own, and my attempts to contact Bridget Donavin directly went unanswered. Despite leaving phone messages and sending an email on 10/31 requesting to speak with her upon her return, I have yet to receive any response.

The silver lining of this experience is that it motivated me to explore other options. After more than 20 years and multiple policies with Allstate, I ultimately decided to transfer to a new insurance company.

I understand that mistakes and busy seasons happen, even in smaller offices. However, there still has to be effort and communication. Loyalty and support should be appreciated, and when they aren’t, it’s time to move on.

They are a phone call away, not waiting for hours to get a live person on the phone to help you, not having to only use technology to communicate by email & text but a in person interaction if that is what you need & want. Phenomenal customer service. I can’t speak highly enough of Julia A. I never answer phone calls from unknown numbers and for whatever reason I did when she called and I am so glad I did. She said she bet me she could save me money on my auto insurance and it just so happens I was about to start shopping around. She gave me a quote that saved me a ton of money. While I still had others I wanted to get I decided that because of how personable and caring she was I decided to end my search here. I sensed and knew right away that I was being taken care of with the best in the business. So thankful to have answered that phone call from an unknown number.
