I was hung up on by someone in his office for asking questions. She said I asked them too fast and I needed to give her time to look them up. I only had three. I said to her if I ask you 20 questions just write them down, and told her I didn't like how nasty she was being. She hung up on me. Little does she know I brought a couple of people with me when I got my policy. They won't have them for long. I know I'm out.

The worst company ever. Me and my family needed roadside assistance while broke down in the back country of Oregon. (After 20 minutes of telepromps telling me to use the app that would make it faster and it didn’t work) The person helping us couldn’t find a tow truck so just hung up on me. As soon as I get back to Ohio I will never do business with Alstate ever again. Never there when you need them the most.
