Comforting, Simple, Efficient, and Fun. To say we were nervous kicking off the home buying process was an understatement. With a simple phone call to Brian and a sit down meeting in our home, our nerves calmed. Brian listened to our needs and our wants and found homes matching our exact description. Challenging sale required an experienced professional, outstanding experience!

We purchased a house for my son while attending pharmacy school at the University of Findlay and we were seeking to sell in April of 2023, as he finished his time on campus. Brian was highly recommended and it was quickly clear we were working with a professional that understood the market and could provide full service support as we live in northern Wisconsin.
Brian's recommendation on positioning the house in the market and finding help to repair some issues was greatly appreciated, spot on recommendations and services that were done quickly by high quality teams (electric, driveway, plumbing)
Then it became interesting! We list the house and have an offer within days, scheduled to close and the deal falls apart one day before closing. With not a lot of movement, we lower the price (to where Brian originally recommended), second offer comes in. Family relocating to Findlay, job falls through, now 0 for 2 on offers. Get another offer quickly, buyer drops out quickly. At this point I am getting a bit panicked, tell Brian I'll just rent the place but really have no interest in being a landlord out of WI.
This is where an experienced pro saves the day. Brian stressed there was still a ton of interest in houses in our price range, said we don't need to lower the price, the right buyer is out there. It took about eight week, right buyer comes in, seamless transaction at a price that was aligned to what we had hoped for.

I seldom write these types of reviews and have brought and sold numerous houses across the country. The experience with Brian is the best I've had, he made it work and kept us focused through three curve balls during the selling process.

All Around Great Experience! Highly recommend Brian and his team. Excellent communicator, always willing to pick up the phone and answer questions or give advice. Brian did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress of our sale. Superior knowledge of the market and transaction details. A few issues came up during the sale that seemed obscure to us, but Brian's expertise helped us navigate through them. We always had confidence that Brian had our best interest in mind and was working hard to get us the best price and best terms. We honestly can't recommend him enough!

Great success selling our long time home with Brian. ~ When we suddenly found our dream home within town, we found ourselves needing to sell our home of 10 years. Brian quickly assessed our home, gave us honest feedback about points to address to prepare for listing, and quickly went to work listing and marketing our home.
