Very easy process to obtain car insurance and they offered Renter's insurance and because I accepted that I received a discount on my auto policy. Reasonably priced exception product! I have been with this agency for over 10 years. Through Pam, I had amazing service and good pricing. I moved to KY and had to change agents to Jill. I went with Grange insurance. ALL communication with Jill has been email. Ive called to talk to her about issues. She doesn't take my call and sends emails without addressing the issue. Grange canceled my insurance because I didn't get a KY driver's license fast enough. I got money back and everything. Im told by Jill and Brian they didn't know. When I questioned Brian why they are selling policies they don't understand.. no answer. I now get a bill in the mail saying I owe Grange money for the policy they canceled because, ....as it turns out Jill did know they were cancelling and reached out to the underwriters ....as it was being cancelled. Jill's poor communication and service are unacceptable, Brian's lack of response as to why they don't know their policies unforgivable. You lost a loyal customer from poor communication and poor service.

I have been calling for 4 days for insurance price. I used him a few years ago with little issues. But now it seems that he is in over his head. We have emailed him the vehicle info, and gave it to him 2 times over the phone (and a lady in the office 1 time) he keeps saying he keeps having computer issues. he has been very unprofessional and I decided to go with a different agent.
