On Christmas Eve, we had received a notice of our homeowners insurance policy being canceled. We were originally with another insurance company. They offered no explanation and were very difficult to get in contact with, literally waiting 20/30 minutes on hold. They expected us to do the footwork to rectify THEIR oversight.
