For the experience i had this morning, i would rate it a zero if i could. Went to drive thru to deposit a check and Gloria would not deposit it. She was more interested in giving me her card to open a business account than helping me and explaining why she wouldn’t deposit it. I presume she has a quota to meet on how many accounts she opens. I had to call the other branch on Tatum and Dynamite to find out why. Never had an issue before with this and was shocked by the way I was treated. My husband came in to talk with her and all she could say was sorry I couldn’t help you. HOW RUDE

I have dealt with this branch of BMO for as long as I have lived in the area, which is over 20 years. Never have I had an issue with them, but only great service, professionalism and friendly faces. My business has been both business and personal. Jackie and her team are great.

A couple months ago I stopped at this atm in the morning before the bank opened. Tried to pull out cash. The atm made the churning spinning sound, but the cash was never dispensed. The amount however was debited from my card. Two months later and this has still not been resolved. Not sure how or why the atm does not have a record of the transaction or how there is no daily or weekly auditing of the machine to verify the funds and transactions. Do not trust the atm.
