Horrible customer service! Submitted an application for a rental property and was approved. Had difficulties communicating and would typically only respond via email. Attempted to go by the office during normal business hours and was met with a locked door on multiple occasions. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and look into turning on the electricity and disposing of the broken glass and debris around the shed myself. Xcel energy said the property owner needed to contact them due to the electricity being completely shut off. After finally getting someone on the phone at waste management, I was able to figure out a way to get trash service at the address that doesn’t exist in certain databases due to it being a converted structure behind an existing property. Just needed to make sure I could dispose of the glass once I moved in! After a few weeks of back-and-forth and no follow up, I was able to speak with the office manager John. At that time, he let me know that the electricity had been turned on and that the owner stopped by the property and said he didn’t see the debris. John agreed to meet me at the property to create a game plan to move forward. When he arrived, I was told that They had no plan to dispose of the debris until his fence repair guy was able to come and he would take the trash at the same time as fixing the fence. I questioned him on a timeline to accomplish the cleanup. He said they are busy working on 80 properties and Didn’t know when they would be able to take get to mine. I told him I was not comfortable signing a lease and paying rent until I knew these would be addressed. At that time, he got angry and said that they have other people that want to rent the property and stormed off. What a joke of a company! Glad I dodged a bullet, can’t imagine what it would be like once I signed the papers and gave them my money. Can’t wait for the owners response 🤣

I guess the owner here has a need for a pity party. He decides he needs to post Tik tok videos about Semi trucks parking rather than be a man contact local PD or the drivers company to resolve his issues.
If this is the kind of business you wish to deal with more power to you. Obviously they have no idea how to resolve a issue without posting about it on Tiktok .
After a response to my review he says he posts to Tiktok for educational purposes that by itself is laughable
What's wrong you can't be like every other business in America and call the Local Police Department or just have it booted or towed.
And I say that as a 29yr long haul truck driver .
BTW your second video was not needed at all.

Place is garbage. Never in the office and the doors locked during business hours. Asked several times to fix the falling over fence/ grass in the yard and keep getting the run around. Wouldn’t recommend anybody use this company weather they are leasing or having a property maintenance on a property you own. Look elsewhere

If I could leave zero stars I would, let me explain why. I have recently started seeing Mark Ferguson, the owner, pop up all over my social media. Probably because I am from the area but nontheless, I have seen videos and comments across ALL social media platforms where Mr. Ferguson has filmed his tenants without their knowledge or consent, he has made comments telling people on social media what kind of government assistance his tenants get to help them pay rent, he seems to play doctor and makes his own assumptions if his tenants have “real” medical conditions. He seems to have the same name for social media: investfourmore. My review is ONLY based on the fact that I think it’s trash behavior to POST your tenants on the INTERNET without their consent. When you are clearly making fun of them/bashing them/subjecting them to ridicule from millions. Take care of your issues off camera. Plain and simple.
