the people that work there are great, which is how this establishment earned 3 stars from me. However, the CU has been, unbeknownst to me and without my consent, charging me $5 every month for paper statements. I was never made aware of this. It's not as if I ever wanted paper statements; I much prefer emailed statements, but they make it confusing to switch on their website. It's a racket, and I was hoping for better.
