There is absolutely nothing worse than a business that doesn’t have the ability to easily collect your money. 1 hour to make a payment But they still want to charge you $10 to do it over the phone

7 Reasons for 5 Stars---------

First, I love that there's a branch that I can now walk to from Lafayette. Second, I love the "extreme" checking account that earns me significant interest (i.e. > 2%, as I recall). Third, I've never had to wait for more than a minute to get service. Fourth, I left my debit card in the outdoor machine and within an hour the credit union called me to say someone had brought it in, that consequently they had to void it, and that I could come in and get a new card (which I did that hour—they make the cards on site). Fifth, Blue helped me set up a business account for a partnership and, again, it went live without a hitch and without any monthly feeds (unlike the credit union we were leaving). Sixth, there's bottled water and other things for customers who need to wait (but, as I said, I never need to wait). Seventh, the mobile app works great for mobile deposits, which save me time and at probably some greenhouse gasses.

I LOVE Blue Federal Credit Union. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and their offerings and rates are fantastic! I am so glad that they are finally in eastern Boulder County, and appreciate being a member.
